(Group company of Falcon Group) Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager Reporting To: Marketing Head Qualification: MBA in Marketing Experience: 8 to 12 Years Age: 30 - 45 Years Job Location Corporate Office, Ahmedabad Job Description JOB OBJECTIVE We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our digital marketing initiatives across various platforms and channels. This role demands a well-rounded marketing professional who can balance traditional and digital strategies, manage end-to-end campaigns, and contribute to our public relations and event efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Platforms , Social Media Marketing, Exhibition and Customer Events, Content Marketing , Email Campaigns , Paid Ads (PPC) , Affiliate Marketing , and Analytics . Experience in event management , food and beverage promotions , and brand shoots is essential. This position plays a pivotal role in driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and supporting our revenue strategies for the HoReCa and Key Account segments. Key Performance Areas 1. Digital Marketing & Advertising Execute the annual digital marketing plan in line with business objectives and allocated budget. Manage Website , SEO, PPC, email marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing campaigns. Collaborate with sales, F&B, and operations teams to launch digital promotions targeting Key Accounts. Liaise with advertising agencies for creative development and media planning. Monitor campaign performance through marketing analytics and optimize based on insights. 2. Social Media Management Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Engage with followers and manage online reputation by responding to comments and reviews. Work with influencers, bloggers, and content creators for brand collaborations. Run targeted social media campaigns to promote QSR offerings, F&B launches, and seasonal promotions. 3. Content Creation & Visual Management Coordinate photo and video shoots for brand and promotional content. Manage a library of visual assets in line with brand guidelines. Work with agencies, photographers, and internal teams to produce compelling visual content. 4. Public Relations & Events Draft and distribute press releases for events, product launches, and partnerships. Manage media relationships, exhibitions, and food blogger outreach. Support the planning and execution of events including NRAI-sponsored activities and government/community relations events. 5. Email Marketing & Direct Communication Design and execute email marketing campaigns. Manage contact databases and develop segmented lists for targeted outreach. Ensure all direct marketing and printed collateral align with brand standards. 6. Exhibition & Customer Event Plan and execute brand participation in trade shows, expos, and customer events. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for event setup, branding, and logistics. Drive engagement through on-site activations, live demos, and promotional activities. Manage lead capture and ensure timely follow-up with sales teams. Create event reports, analyze ROI, and suggest improvements for future participation. Required Skills/Abilities: Experience: 8 plus years in a digital marketing role preferably within the food service, or FMCG sectors. Proven track record in managing digital campaigns, social media accounts, event marketing, influencer collaborations, and content production. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Performance Marketing and digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms, Mailchimp, Canva, etc. Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and design software. Familiarity with social media scheduling and website CMS tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Creative thinker with attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally and lead external agency partners.
