Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals
  
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  
• Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  
• Partner with HR and leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes and tools
  
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and networking events
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends and talent acquisition best practices
  
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to measure effectiveness
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  
• Proven experience (2-6 years) as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
  
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in Food & Beverage Industry
