Outscale Partners is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (Experience 1 years to 7 Years) to join our dynamic recruitment team supporting Middle East operations.

📌 Mandatory Requirement:

Experience in recruitment within the Power Generation / Power Plant / Energy sector is essential.

💼 Role Highlights:

As part of our TA Center of Excellence, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This role offers exciting exposure to international (Middle East) hiring and collaboration with global teams.

🕒 Shift: Middle East Hours (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

📅 Work Days: Sunday – Thursday

🏢 Mode: Work from Office, Gurugram

🌍 Domain: Power Sector Recruitment

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience in power sector recruitment (generation / EPC / utilities preferred)

✔️ Hands-on experience with ATS / HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)

✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
