Job Description

As an experienced Compliance professional with 5-7 years of experience in the field of Compliance work with Factory Act, you will be responsible for various statutory and mandatory requirements. This includes conducting liaison work with GPCB, PESO, TDO, Mamlatdar office, Local Sarpanch, Talati, and General industrial bodies/agencies. Your duties will involve internal and external audits, reports, and related replies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Training and planning both internally and externally - Maintaining guest house and rented office facility at Baroda - Ensuring timely submission of compensation, Bonus, Contact Labour bills, Yearly/Half Contract renewal & returns - Handling submission of quarterly/half-yearly/annual returns on time at labor office/DISH office/employment department/Statistic department - Overseeing Canteen, Security, Transportation, Manpower, and Housekeeping management at the plant level - Maintaining minimum stock of consumable items & Stationery items - Involving in 5's activity at Plant level - Maintaining the work permit system at the plant level - Improving safety, Health, and environment in plant operations - Ensuring legal compliance related to contractors working inside the plant Furthermore, you will need to have a B.Com/Commerce education qualification along with a PG Diploma or other relevant qualification. Immediate joining capability and proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook are essential for this role.
