Assistant HR Manager

As an integral part of the HR team, your role will involve providing support in various HR functions. You will assist in recruitment and selection processes, which include managing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions for new hires. Your duties will also include maintaining employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to update and manage employee records and HR databases accurately. Furthermore, you will play a key role in performance management by assisting in appraisals and development plans for employees. Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the organization will be essential. You will also be involved in coordinating training sessions and employee development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the workforce. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be tasked with organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment. You will also be required to prepare HR-related reports and documentation to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. This position requires the candidate to be based in Goa itself and work on a full-time basis. The work schedule will be in the UK shift, and a yearly bonus will be provided.
