Job Description

Assist in recruitment and selection , including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. Support onboarding by preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions. Manage employee relations , addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in performance management , including appraisals and development plans. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures . Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs. Organize employee engagement activities and events. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation. CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN GOA ITSELF Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: UK shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
