Assistant HR Manager

We are looking for a skilled Assistant HR Manager to join our team in the event and media industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the event or media sector.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.


• Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.


• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to improve employee performance.


• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the event or media industry.


• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
