Assistant HR Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining our team in Adyar, Chennai as an Assistant HR Manager Generalist, where your primary responsibility will be to handle end-to-end HR functions. Your role will require you to ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and systems across departments, maintain employee records, support performance management processes, and coordinate training and development programs. In addition, you will be involved in employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and systems across departments. - Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution effectively. - Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and career development discussions. - Coordinate training and development programs as per organizational needs. - Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to company culture building. - Generate and maintain HR MIS reports, attendance, and leave records efficiently. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR generalist. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Hindi and English. - Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance. - Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving approach. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.,
