Job description Position: Sales Officer - Cricket Balls / Tennis Balls/SPORTS Accessories Location: Rajkot Qualification: MBA Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sports goods sales or related industry CTC: Maximum gross up to 6 LPA. We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell our range of cricket balls and tennis balls & other sports accessories . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sports goods sales, strong market knowledge in Rajkot and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell cricket balls and tennis balls/ other sports accessories to sports retailers, distributors, academies, and institutions. Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Ensure proper branding and visibility of products in stores and events. Provide timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market updates. Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in sports management/Marketing . Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in sports goods industry . Good understanding of the sports goods/cricket/tennis ball market and distribution network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
