Assistant Manager - HR Operations & SOP Implementation (Rajas Group of Medical Institutions)
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take ownership of implementing standardized operations in a diverse educational group?
The prestigious Rajas Group of Medical Institutions (encompassing Dental, Pharmacy, Health & Allied Sciences, Research Lab and Arts & Sciences Colleges) is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager - HR to drive the successful implementation of our newly developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the rollout, communication, and training for the new HR SOPs across all institutional verticals.
Ensure consistent and compliant execution of HR policies, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Serve as the point person for all HR operational queries at the HR Manager level.
Provide strategic support to the HR leadership in maintaining a high standard of HR service delivery.
Manage Payroll, ESI, PF and ensure all Statutory return Compliance
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: MBA Or Equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of progressive corporate HR experience, preferably in a multi-location or multi-unit environment.
Skills: Strong knowledge of HR compliance, Training Needs, Performance Evaluation Processes, Strong verbal & written communication and proven project/SOP implementation skills.
Location: Kavalkinar- Nagarcoil, Tamil Nadu.
