Finance Manager (Process Implementation & Control) for Rajas Group of Institutions, Kavalkinar - Nagercoil

The Opportunity:-

The Rajas Group of Medical Institutions (Dental, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health & Allied Sciences, Central Research Lab, Arts & Science Colleges) is seeking an energetic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the entire institutional financial function. You will be responsible for implementing and strictly enforcing all defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and financial compliance across our diverse colleges.

Key Responsibilities

SOP Implementation: Drive the hands-on execution and adherence of all new financial policies and SOPs.

Financial Oversight: Full responsibility for the financial management cycle: Budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and timely financial reporting (monthly/annual).

Core Operations: Oversee and manage key processes: Payroll, Fee Collection, Accounts Payable, and accurate General Ledger reconciliation.

Audit & Compliance: Coordinate the annual audit and support concurrent audits, ensuring strict compliance with Indian financial and tax regulations.

Process Improvement: Manage efficient systems and processes to improve the overall financial control environment.

Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory):-

M.Com or MBA (Finance) with 10+ Years Or

CA Intermediate with 8+ Years, of which minimum last 3 years in a managerial role.

Must-Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. Expertise in Tally and MS Excel.
