Finance Manager

to lead our financial operations, strengthen financial planning, and support the company’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company's end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and statutory compliance.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Manage cash flow planning, fund flow monitoring, and working capital optimization.
Ensure timely and error-free compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESI, and ROC filings.
Lead internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
Develop financial strategies, cost control initiatives, and process improvements.
Oversee vendor payments, receivables, payroll, and overall financial documentation.
Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and SOPs.
Provide financial insights, risk assessments, and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
Support long-term financial planning, investments, and business expansion decisions.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields (CA Inter/ICWA preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with accounting tools (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
