Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, are key attributes for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle recruitment processes - Manage employee relations - Implement performance management strategies - Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations - Conduct training sessions **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree in Human Resources Our company is seeking an individual with over 1 year of experience in HR, specializing in NBFC & MF. Additionally, having a total of 4 years of HR experience and 6 years of overall work experience will be preferred. A Professional in Human Resources certification is also preferred for this role. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our location.
