Job Description:- Assistant HR Manager

Experience in HR operations, employee relation and policy compliance across diverse organizational setups. Demonstrated expertise in Exit Management, Background Verification (BGV), Disciplinary Procedures, Employee Grievance Handling, Timesheet & LOP Audits, POSH Cases and Bank Audit HR Coordination. Adept at maintaining documentation accuracy, driving HR process improvements, and fostering employee-centric environments while ensuring organizational policy compliance.

Responsible for:-

Exit & Separation Management
Background Verification (BGV)Disciplinary Letters & Policy AdherenceGrievance Redressal MechanismsTimesheet & On-Duty AuditsLeave & Loss of Pay (LOP) ReconciliationPayroll and Statutory DocumentationRecruitment & On boardingEmployee Lifecycle ManagementBank & Compliance Audit CoordinationHRIS & MIS ReportingTeam Mentoring & Internal HR TrainingStakeholder MeetingsPOSH Cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
