Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned OTC product portfolio.
Manage and grow the existing network of distributors, stockists, chemists, and retailers.
Ensure timely placement of orders and execution of product supply in coordination with the supply chain.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor and support sales activities.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to improve product visibility and offtake.
Track competitor activity, market trends, and suggest necessary changes to stay competitive.
Handle trade schemes, discounts, and incentives for channel partners.
Maintain accurate sales reports, track stock levels, and ensure timely claims and settlements.
Provide feedback to the management regarding product performance, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
Organize health camps, awareness campaigns, and other on-ground activations as required.
