Summary
Provides strategic leadership to drive sale of the company's product portfolio across assigned geography, achieve revenue targets, strengthen existing key customer accounts, as well as continually add new customers and expand into newer markets.What You'll Do
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
- Apply sales and marketing strategies, to achieve targeted sales and marketing position in the assigned business areas
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
- Accountable for promoting and selling company products and gaining market shares in the assigned geography
- Builds strong relationships with key accounts.
- Builds a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Oversees timely collection of payments as per agreed terms to ensure steady cash flow; recommends actions to expedite collections in case of outstanding payments, particularly for high impact accounts
- Contribute actively in devising strategies on PAN India level.
- Analysing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
- Manage and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide solutions for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues to ensure customer expectations are met
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with customer to understand their requirements.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- Provides guidance and coaching to the direct reportee in business expansion and managing customers
- Foster a proactive and professional working culture with other colleagues
- Monitors the team for timely resolution of customer concerns and gets involved in critical issues.

- Educational Requirements:
BE (Mechanical),
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business administration with good knowledge on HVAC, Control System or related profession
Min. 10 years' experience in HVAC or related industrySolid experience in business development and customer service
Preferred Knowledge In Automation, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Products
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
