Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Pune region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the fitness, wellness, or related product sectors. This role demands a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales. The candidate will work closely with regional leadership to align with strategic goals while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.


Job Responsibilities: Generate sales revenue from the assigned territory through strategic planning and execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across different segments to develop a consistent sales pipeline. Meet and collaborate with trainers, influencers, and other stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth. Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines in all sales activities. Conduct insightful market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Deliver exceptional customer service and support maintaining long-term business relationships


Job Requirements:


4-5 years of experience in managing B2B sales, preferably in Fitness, Wellness, Building Materials, or similar product-based industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of sales achievements and meeting revenue targets. Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed. Good knowledge of the Pune geography and surrounding areas.
