We are looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager Real Estate Sales to join our dynamic team in Pune. The role involves handling client interactions, driving residential project sales, and building lasting relationships with homebuyers and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships by understanding their property requirements and providing suitable options. Drive walk-ins and site visits, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Support channel partner networks to expand reach and generate qualified leads. Assist in sales closures through effective follow-ups, client meetings, and negotiations. Coordinate with developers, marketing, and presales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance trackers. Stay updated on market trends and project offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales / channel partner management / client servicing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work. Familiarity with Pune real estate market will be an added advantage.
