The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and deepening strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to meet their financial needs while driving revenue growth for the bank. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling relevant products, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and achieving assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned clients by understanding their financial goals, needs, and behaviors.
Build trust-based long-term relationships to enhance client retention and loyalty.
Conduct regular client meetings (in-person or virtual) to review financial performance and propose appropriate solutions.
Proactively source new business opportunities and acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
Cross-sell a range of banking products such as loans, deposits, credit cards, insurance, investment and wealth solutions.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and portfolio growth objectives.
