Business Strategy & Marketing Manager

Job

• Develop and deliver business development pitches to real estate developers in collaboration with the sales team.
• Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to maximize performance and revenue outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients (developers) and their teams.
• Track project progress using data-driven metrics, identify key issues, and propose actionable solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews using dashboards and presentations.
• Manage and deploy the organization's proprietary Tech Suite for all assigned projects from start to finish.
• Train client teams on the usage of internal tech tools and dashboards.
• Ensure process compliance and consistent tool usage across internal project teams.
• Collaborate with the central strategy team for the execution of regional or nationwide residential initiatives.

Marketing:

• Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for assigned real estate projects across different locations.
• Plan and manage integrated strategies, communication approaches, media planning, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with clients (developers) and external agencies/vendors to ensure alignment on marketing deliverables.
• Develop creative briefs and work with agencies to produce compelling communication materials.
• Collaborate with digital marketing partners to plan and track campaign performance.
• Explore and implement innovative marketing and sales techniques.
• Lead the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, alliances, and on-ground activations such as society and club events.

Job

• Prior knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and experience working with marketing/advertising agencies.
• Basic understanding of internet trends, social media platforms, and digital advertising tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Problem-solving ability and a structured approach to ambiguous business challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint and Excel.
