Job Description

Position Title:

Executive Corporate Outreach & Lead Generation

Role Purpose:

To support the business school’s consultancy and training initiatives by generating high-quality leads through outbound outreach, inbound channel management, and systematic engagement with corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Corporate Outreach

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach to corporates, industry associations, and HR/L&D teams to generate leads for consultancy and management development programs.
  • Manage inbound leads from academic teams, website, events, referrals, and digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients across industry sectors in Bangalore and India.

2. Prospect Engagement & Pre-Sales Activities

  • Schedule meetings, briefings, and presentations for the Head and relevant faculty members.
  • Collect client requirements, conduct preliminary needs assessment, and share insights with the leadership team.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, capability decks, and follow-up communication.

3. Market Research, Coordination & Support

  • Track market trends, corporate learning needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Identify new sectors and opportunities aligned with the business school’s expertise.
  • Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to facilitate proposal development and client communication.
  • Support in planning and conducting corporate events, webinars, and knowledge sessions.

5. Performance & Revenue Contribution

Achieve lead generation targets and conversion ratios.

Contribute to the overall revenue targets of the consultancy and training vertical.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferred in Marketing, HR, or Management).
  • 2–6 years of experience in corporate outreach, sales, business development, or education/training services.
  • Strong communication, networking, and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and maintain detailed lead-tracking records.
