Job Description

Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Coordinator (Fresher Trainee) who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with us. The candidate will undergo a 3-month training program and will be offered a full-time position based on performance.

Compensation:

Training Period: 3 months

Stipend: 16,500 per month (approximately 14,500 in hand after TDS deductions as applicable)

Post Training (on successful completion & based on performance): Full Time Employment

Total CTC: Upto 23,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day business coordination activities across departments.
Work extensively on spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and data management.
Assist in planning, communication, and execution of business processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good command over spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) Mandatory.
Strong analytical abilities and good IQ.
Positive, professional attitude and eagerness to learn.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Must be committed to working long-term with the organization.
