Job Description

Key Responsibilities ● Proactively scout and source influencers across niches like fashion, lifestyle, tech, wellness, and D2C. ● Develop and execute outreach strategies to initiate meaningful connections with creators. ● Personalize outreach with creative messaging that stands out and builds trust. ● Maintain and update an influencer database with key information—engagement stats, audience insights, past collaborations, etc. ● Coordinate discovery calls and onboarding for new talent. ● Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, understanding their brand, tone, and preferences. ● Collaborate with the campaign and talent management teams to match influencers with relevant brand opportunities. ● Stay updated on influencer trends, viral creators, and emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, collab posts, etc.). ● Attend virtual and physical creator events, networking sessions, and brand activations when needed. Qualifications & Requirements ● 1+ years of experience in influencer outreach, PR, digital talent scouting, or creator management. ● A natural networker with a passion for social media, storytelling, and digital culture. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills—creative outreach is your superpower. ● Deep understanding of how influencers operate, what they value, and how to build lasting relationships. ● Should be familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc., including content types and basic engagement strategies. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and partnerships simultaneously. ● Bonus: Prior experience in an agency, influencer platform, or creator tech startup.
