Role & responsibilities -Networking and cold calling potential customers. - Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending conversions . -Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Share customer feedback with the team to improve products/processes. -Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Preferred candidate profile - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. -Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling ability. -Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Good listening skills and patience while dealing with customers. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) Qualifications -Minimum: Graduate.
