Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and develop area sales operations while driving revenue and project acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, and public offices.
Provide technical support, training, and product updates to clients and customers.
Identify, classify, and manage key accounts while expanding the architectural client network.
Support project specifications and implementation in coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers on market-driven solutions and monitor competitor activity.

Preferred candidate profile:

Should be a Graduate.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in architectural or building materials.
Strong network with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, and key decision-makers.
Sound technical understanding of architectural systems and project-based sales.
Proven ability to drive new projects, manage key accounts, and grow regional sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Market-aware, analytical, and proactive in tracking competitor activities.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
