Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop area sales operations while driving revenue and project acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, and public offices.
  • Provide technical support, training, and product updates to clients and customers.
  • Identify, classify, and manage key accounts while expanding the architectural client network.
  • Support project specifications and implementation in coordination with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on market-driven solutions and monitor competitor activity.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Should be a Graduate.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in architectural or building materials.
  • Strong network with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, and key decision-makers.
  • Sound technical understanding of architectural systems and project-based sales.
  • Proven ability to drive new projects, manage key accounts, and grow regional sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Market-aware, analytical, and proactive in tracking competitor activities.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
