Job Description

Execute and process customer orders in the template and in the ERP and forward the same to the plant Coordinate with QC and design team for the product development and sampling Coordinate with production, Logistics team for the shipment of the customer orders Assist logistics and accounts team in export documentation and compliance requirements Prepare costing and send quotations to the customers on day to day basis Attend to customers usual technical queries with the help of plant Coordinate with the customers on the status of sampling, product development and shipments Maintain orders and shipments records MIS reports and update management with any data as and when needed Follow up with the customers for payments and any concerned discussions Any other misc. activities for the marketing of the company’s products as the need arises
