Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Hyderabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring efficient sales operations by coordinating with internal teams and clients, managing sales-related documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes communicating with customers to understand their requirements and assisting in achieving sales targets by supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills for managing processes and supporting the sales team effectively
• Customer Service and Communication skills to address client inquiries, foster positive relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
• Sales expertise with the ability to assist in achieving sales goals and supporting overall business growth
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a sales or coordination role is advantageous
