Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions .
Work you’ll do
We are seeking a highly driven and technically astute Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our rapidly expanding team. In this critical role, you'll go beyond traditional product management, becoming a key bridge between our engineering, product, and business teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping the technical vision, driving system design decisions, and ensuring our products deliver maximum impact. This is a high-visibility role demanding a deep understanding of both the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of product development, especially within the dynamic landscapes of fintech, AI, SaaS, and data platforms.
- Technical Vision & Strategy:Collaborate with engineering leadership to define the long-term technical roadmap for Modernization. Translate business goals into concrete technical requirements.
- System Design & Architecture: Participate actively in architectural discussions, understanding and influencing system designs. Evaluate trade-offs related to performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Understanding of AI systems to create AI specific use cases. Any one framework like LangGraph, Agno etc. Understanding of Orchestration , MCP Servers would be a plus
- Engineering Collaboration: Engage directly with engineering teams, participating in technical discussions, providing guidance, and ensuring alignment on priorities.You'll be comfortable troubleshooting technical challenges.
- API & Data Mastery:Deeply understand APIs, data models, and databases.Be proficient in using SQL to query and analyze data, and familiarity with Python for data manipulation is a strong plus.
- Requirements Definition: Clearly articulate technical requirements to engineering teams, incorporating considerations of system design, scalability, and performance.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and collaboration between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Product Evangelism: Champion the product vision internally and externally.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a Product or Technology role, with a strong focus on technical product management.
- Technical Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is essential.
- System Design Expertise: Proven experience in designing and evaluating complex software systems.
- Demonstrate ability to work on Generative AI use case such as creating AI enabled workflows, creating Agents to work with existing RAG systems
- Data Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with Python for data manipulation is highly desired.
- Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- SaaS/Data Platform Understanding:Experience within theSaaS, or data platform industry is a significant advantage.
- Communication Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills:Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex problems and identify effective solutions.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (3 Year) within a technical field.
