As a partner of the Company's Enabling Functions, we the Enabling Functions Data and AI Organization explore, design, and deliver data, analytics, and AI solutions. With that, we are DIGITIZING THIS COMPANY FROM THE CORE by supporting the digital transformation for 15+ diverse Enabling Functions.


Your Role: Are you ready to shape the future of Data, Analytics & AI within the Company's Enabling Functions Data & AI Organization? Our mission is to drive digital transformation for over 15 Enabling Functions, including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal. This position is integral to our Group Data Strategy, emphasizing data democratization, governance, and the promotion of a data-driven, product-centric culture that empowers self-service analytics.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design, build, and operation of cloud-native data and analytics solutions using tools like Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and AWS.
  • Establishing and upholding analytic standards and best practices to streamline our analytics ecosystem.
  • Engaging in both internal and external networks for knowledge sharing, mentoring, and building capabilities across the organization.
  • Monitoring architecture-related metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.


Who You Are:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data engineering, application design, analytics, and visualization within a global organization.
  • Experience with Finance, HR, and/or Procurement data and core business processes.
  • Strong technical skills in systems architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Proven technical leadership experience in agile software development, including leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • In-depth knowledge in Data & Analytics areas, particularly with tools such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or AWS. SAP experience or Data Science knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes, Spark, Kafka, and Python for distributed computation (preferably PySpark), SQL, R, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
