USI GPS Sales Excellence – SharePoint Developer – Analyst / Senior Analyst

About the team

We are seeking an expert in SharePoint Online and other development tools to join the Government and Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence Programs & Initiatives (P&I) team. This team provides GPS with opportunity, sales, and competitive intelligence, delivering information and insights to support strategic decision-making. The Platforms team, a part of P&I group, assists all pursuit teams by offering best practices, tools, and resources to enable more effective and efficient proposal development.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues in India and stakeholders in the US to deliver high-quality outputs that inform strategic decisions and contribute to the growth of Deloitte’s US GPS business.

Work you will do

As a SharePoint developer, you will design, develop, and support applications for GPS Growth Office teams. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design, develop, and support advanced SharePoint On-Premise and Online applications for diverse business needs.
  • Lead the configuration, administration, and customization of SharePoint sites, including libraries, content types, site columns, managed metadata, and another configuration as required.
  • Configure and customize search.
  • Develop and maintain advanced custom forms and workflows using Nintex Flow, Nintex Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer.
  • Drive SharePoint site migrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
  • Extend SharePoint functionality by creating custom web parts, event receivers, and reusable components using SPFx, .NET, and C#.
  • Integrate SharePoint with external systems and services via REST APIs and client object models (JavaScript, jQuery, JSOM).
  • Build solutions and user interfaces using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React JS, and Svelte JS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical documentation and presentations to support solution adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Integrate AI-driven features and analytics dashboards into SharePoint environments, enabling smarter decision-making and personalized user experiences.

Skills & Experience required:

  • 2-6 years’ experience in SharePoint Development
  • Good Client management and relationship building abilities.
  • Advanced skills in SharePoint On-Premise/Online, Nintex Flow/Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, InfoPath, SPFx
  • Scripting: HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS (advanced)
  • Programming: .NET, C# (intermediate to advanced)
  • REST API integration (proficient)
  • VB, Alteryx, MS SQL, MS Teams, React JS, Svelte JS (good to have)
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint (basic)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Good written & oral communication skills
  • Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and client relationship building
  • Ability to work independently and manage small engagements or project components

Educational Requirements:

  • Any Graduation Degree (Engineering preferably Computer Science)
  • MBA or equivalent professional qualification (a plus).

Timings and location

  • Shift timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
  • Location: Hyderabad
