Job Title: Amazon PPC Manager


Location: On-site – Manesar, Haryana

About Kalakaram


Kalakaram is a fast-growing kids’ DIY brand dedicated to inspiring creativity through innovative, high-quality art & craft kits. We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Manager who can independently strategize, optimize, and scale our Amazon advertising performance across all ad types.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon PPC Campaign Management


Independently manage and optimize campaigns across:


Sponsored Products (SP)


Sponsored Brands (SB)


Sponsored Display (SD)


Create campaign structures aligned with brand strategy, product lifecycle, and KPIs.


Set up and optimize auto/manual campaigns with advanced targeting.


2. Keyword Research & Optimization


Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Helium10, DataHawk, Junglescout, etc.


Implement keyword harvesting, negative keywords, and bid adjustments to improve efficiency.


3. Performance Analysis & Reporting


Monitor key metrics daily (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR).


Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action points.


Track budgets, optimize bids, and maintain strong ROI across product categories.


4. Listing Improvement Collaboration


Work with content and design teams to improve product pages based on ad data insights.


Identify opportunities for A+ content, lifestyle images, storefront improvements, etc.


5. Strategy & Scaling


Develop strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales events (Prime Day, Big Sale Days, etc.).


Recommend scalable ad strategies and continuously test new formats & ideas.


Requirements:


3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC management (SP, SB, SD mandatory).


Proven track record of optimizing large accounts or multiple ASINs.


Strong understanding of Amazon ranking, PPC interplay, and conversion drivers.


Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console, Brand Analytics & external keyword tools.


Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.


Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver ROI-driven results.
