We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to strengthen our digital presence and accelerate online growth through strategic ad management and optimization.Key Responsibilities :Meta Ads Management:Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).Monitor daily budgets, performance, and ROI.Run A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.E-commerce Advertising:Manage and optimize ads on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.Track product-level ad performance and improve conversions.Work closely with the sales team to align ad strategy with inventory and promotions.Keyword Targeting & Research:Conduct keyword research for paid campaigns across Google & marketplaces.Optimize product listings, ads, and targeting to improve visibility.Stay updated with trends in search and competitor activity.Analytics & Reporting:Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.Suggest improvements in ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.Requirements:1–2 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Amazon/Flipkart ad platforms.Good knowledge of keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Helium10, etc.).Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.What We Offer:Opportunity to directly impact Kalakaram’s growth journey.Creative freedom to test and implement ideas.A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Competitive salary with performance incentives.
