Kalakaram is a kids’ DIY brand that brings creativity, learning, and fun together through innovative art & craft kits. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce to take charge of our paid marketing campaigns across multiple online marketplaces and help scale our brand’s presence across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace PPC Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, and FirstCry.

Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily performance tracking.

Run A/B testing for keywords, products, and creatives to improve ROAS and conversions.

Keyword Research & Optimization:

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing, relevant search terms.

Continuously refine targeting to improve campaign efficiency.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor daily/weekly metrics like CTR, CPC, ACOS, and conversion rate.

Prepare performance dashboards and share actionable insights with the team.

Listing Optimization Support:

Coordinate with the content team to improve product listings, images, and descriptions based on ad data insights.

Ensure alignment between ad keywords and listing SEO.

Growth Strategy:

Identify new opportunities for scaling ads across platforms.

Suggest campaign experiments and promotional strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).

Deep understanding of ad metrics, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.

Proficiency with keyword tools (Helium10, DataHawk, etc.) and analytics dashboards.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Experience with kids’/lifestyle/FMCG brands will be an added advantage.
