Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Kalakaram is a fast-growing kids’ DIY brand, dedicated to sparking creativity and joy through innovative art & craft kits. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Growth Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, nurturing customer relationships, and optimizing sales channels.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Lead Generation:

Identify and build a pipeline of potential customers across B2B and B2C segments.

Actively research and reach out to new leads via calls, emails, and networking.

Customer Inquiry Handling:

Manage inbound queries from customers across various channels.

Provide timely responses and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Channel Optimization:

Assist in improving performance across online and offline sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, Distributors, Retailers).

Track channel sales performance and provide insights for growth.

Sales Growth Execution:

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Support the team with promotional campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles (preferably in FMCG, toys, or consumer products).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for sales reporting.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
