Position Summary

Product Owner – Presales

single point of accountability


Key Responsibilities

  • Take

    end-to-end ownership of presales

    for assigned products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality lead pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly business goals.
  • Design and execute

    multi-channel lead generation campaigns

    , with accountability for both

    volume and quality

    of leads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with channel managers, sales, product, content, and business ops to ensure smooth campaign execution and follow-through.
  • Analyze channel and campaign performance metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion %, funnel drop-offs, etc.), prepare reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Own and manage

    presales budgets

    across all channels, using A/B testing and performance metrics to maximize ROI and minimize cost per lead.
  • Set up and maintain

    attribution models and real-time dashboards

    to monitor campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a

    liaison and problem solver

    between internal teams to resolve execution bottlenecks, align priorities, and ensure clarity on targets and timelines.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying new growth levers, tools, and platforms for demand generation.


What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate from a reputed institution with a strong foundation in business, marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of experience in

    performance marketing, demand generation

    , or a similar role with proven results in lead generation or pipeline building.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a

    data-first approach

    to decision-making.
  • Street-smart, agile, and solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and highly ambitious individual with the

    hustle and drive

    to meet aggressive goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
