Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Professional at Story Digital, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive growth and enhance performance. Your role will involve planning, executing, and analyzing paid campaigns to ensure efficient spending and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). - Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS. - Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for scaling. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. - Track and report key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in running performance campaigns, preferably in an agency setting. - Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign data. - Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting abilities. - Certification in Meta or Google Ads would be advantageous.
