Position: Performance Marketing

Location: Jhandewalan, Delhi

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Experience Required: 4-5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.)
• Own end-to-end lead generation strategy through Google Ads for the US market
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and A/B testing of ad copies and landing pages
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
• Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page performance and lead quality
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI on ad spend
• Stay updated with Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends
• Ensure lead quality and funnel efficiency in coordination with sales or growth teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Google Ads
• Strong expertise in lead generation campaigns (mandatory)
• Proven experience running campaigns for the US market
• In-depth understanding of Google Ads platforms, tracking, and analytics
• Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance metrics
