Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience to plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across multiple clients and industries. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, strategic, and hands-on with paid media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels

Handle multiple client accounts and ensure delivery of performance KPIs

Plan budgets, bidding strategies, and media buying for lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns

Analyze and optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and LTV

Implement A/B testing on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages

Oversee conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel

Prepare performance reports, insights, and presentations for clients

Coordinate with creative, content, and account management teams

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Agency experience managing multiple clients is mandatory
• Solid understanding of analytics, attribution models, and funnels
• Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, or YouTube Ads
• Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.
