Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Ads Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, cost-efficiency, and ROI using A/B testing and data analytics. Track, report, and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools. Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-converting creatives and landing pages. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive. Manage ad budgets efficiently and allocate spending based on performance insights. Work closely with SEO, email marketing, and web development teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot. Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus. Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and pixel/tag installation. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website builders like WordPress. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for creative input. The role involves responding to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and website enquiries from users who have registered but are stuck or need guidance. You’ll help them understand the product, resolve their issues, and support them through the onboarding or decision-making process. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp messages, and website enquiries. Contact users who have registered on the website but haven’t completed the onboarding or setup process. Understand their challenges and provide step-by-step assistance or clarification. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential users. Troubleshoot basic issues users may face during registration or product usage. Direct complex issues to the relevant technical/support team if required. Follow up with leads via phone and email to convert them into demos or sales. Follow up with interested users to convert them to a paid plan. Maintain a record of conversations, user feedback, and status in CRM. Coordinate with onboarding and tech support teams for smooth customer transition. Ensure timely communication and closure of customer queries. Prepare and share daily call reports, follow-up status, and lead conversions with the team lead/manager. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, inbound support, or inside sales. Strong communication skills in English and Tamil. Patient and empathetic approach while guiding users.
