Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Implementation Specialist with knowledge of ERP software in the education domain (Schools & Colleges). The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, provide demos, create documentation, and assist in closing deals. The role also involves market research, coordinating with the marketing team, and ensuring that client needs are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiry calls, explain product features, and answer client questions.
• Conduct product demos (online/offline) for schools and colleges.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to client requirements and demo sessions.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
• Research market trends, identify target audiences, and share insights with the marketing team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
• Support in closing deals; eligible for incentive-based commissions on successful closures.
• Be flexible to work and assist clients whenever required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields).
• 0–1 year of experience in ERP software or education technology (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Good understanding of school/college workflows and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong documentation and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to research and analyze market opportunities.
• Willingness to be flexible with work timings based on client needs.
