SaaS Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Technical Expertise

• Serve as the platform and technical subject matter expert during client onboarding, addressing software, API, data feed, and FTP-related queries.
• Provide feedback to the Product Management team on feature enhancements and improvements.
• Create client-facing learning resources such as videos, webinars, and documentation.

Client Onboarding

• Configure, customize, and optimize client accounts on the SaaS platform.
• Conduct remote training sessions tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage troubleshooting and configuration during the onboarding process.
• Ensure smooth transition of clients to the Customer Support team post-implementation.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track project progress, mitigate blockers, and maintain momentum.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in SaaS client onboarding or implementation.
• Strong understanding of

  APIs (REST/SOAP)

  and data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON).
• Proficiency in

  FTP protocols

  ,

  Excel

  , and

  HTML

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering software training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with

  API integrations

  and enterprise-level clients.
• Exposure to

  e-commerce platforms

  and remote-based training tools.
• Project management experience or certification is a plus.
