Ensure adherence to SLA, budget, and quality benchmarks across all project touchpoints. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during onboarding and implementation phases. Implement risk mitigation strategies, change control processes, and business continuity planning. Deliver regular performance and progress reports to leadership and client teams. Champion continuous improvement, bringing process and efficiency gains into the delivery lifecycle. Coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless execution and accountability. Conduct training and handovers to post-implementation support and customer success teams. Preferred Qualifications 1.612 years of experience in IT project and service delivery management .
