Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales leader who has

proven sales experience in B2B SaaS industry.

In this

role

, you will handle a personal sales quota while developing top talent.

Responsibilities

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for yourself.
Sales sanity - Prospecting, networking, referrals, and advocacy.
Qualify, develop, and close inbound leads.
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and sales forecasting in HubSpot CRM
Create and execute monthly territory plans to penetrate targeted market segments
Continuously analyze metrics and benchmarks to identify areas for team improvement

Requirements

2+ years closing outbound B2B sales .
Consistent track record of overachieving individual quotas.
Saas Sales experience in a fast-paced inside sales function.
Hunter's mentality and tenacity to open new accounts .
Deep understanding of B2B buyer journey, RFP Management, and Navigating Multi-stakeholder complex deals.
Excellent communication, objection handling, and solution skills.
Proficiency in HubSpot and modern inside sales tools.
