Sales Account Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Xoxoday, your main responsibility will be to cater to the needs of existing customers and secure sales deals to acquire new customers. You will play a crucial role in presenting Xoxoday's products as solutions to prospective clients" business challenges and needs, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal departments to handle complex sales opportunities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare for sales calls by conducting research and creating sales decks. - Lead prospective client calls, send pitches, and close new deals. - Present Xoxoday products as solutions to clients" business challenges. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new customers. - Be willing to work in shifts or different time zones. - Develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain an accurate forecast. - Collaborate with internal departments to manage complex sales opportunities effectively. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Postgraduation or equivalent qualification. - 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience is mandatory. - Ability to hunt for new business and manage a pipeline. - Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills. - Entrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged. - Enjoy working in small, fast-paced teams and taking initiative. - Possess great listening skills and desire to learn consultative selling techniques. - High-energy, positive attitude, and attention to detail. - Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads.
