Job Description

Role Overview: FirstHive is a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that delivers a disproportionate jump in Marketing ROI for consumer marketing companies. The company is at the forefront of building an AI-led marketing tech product that is transforming the global marketing landscape. As a Growth Sales Executive/Account Executive at FirstHive, you will have the opportunity to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, develop deep relationships with clients, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, champions, and influencers within client organizations. - Identify growth opportunities based on product usage data, client needs, and industry trends. - Present compelling business cases for additional products/services that align with client goals. - Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure account strategies are aligned and renewal plans are in place. - Provide client insights to Product and Marketing teams to shape future offerings. - Forecast revenue growth accurately and meet or exceed expansion quotas on an annual and quarterly basis. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with procurement and legal teams within enterprise accounts. - Maintain CRM hygiene by updating deal stages, notes, and next steps regularly. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles in SaaS, tech, or enterprise services. - Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, or expansion sales within existing enterprise accounts. - Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate product features into business value for various client personas. - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics to drive decisions. - Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
