Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist 1 at apexanalytix, your primary role will be to provide technical leadership for client implementations of APEX's apexportal Solutions software applications. You will be responsible for presenting a technical overview of apexportal and its requirements to clients, implementing the software for global clients, designing workflows and user interfaces, and assisting in designing and developing interfaces between clients" ERP systems and apexportal. Additionally, you will troubleshoot network, database, and software problems for client implementations and provide recommendations to leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Present technical overview and requirements of apexportal to clients during planning - Implement apexportal Solutions software for global clients - Design and develop workflows and user interfaces for apexportal functionalities - Assist clients in designing and developing interfaces between their ERP systems and apexportal - Troubleshoot network, database, and software problems for client implementations - Provide information and recommendations to leadership on a regular and ad-hoc basis - Review and enforce corporate policies documented in the Apex Corporate Security Standards Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (optional) - 1+ year of experience using SQL, specifically SQL Server with the ability to create complex Stored Procedures, indexes, views, and jobs. MS SQL Certification preferred - Proficiency in data definition, data manipulation, data control, and transactional control - Experience working with business intelligence software like Tableau or PowerBI - Knowledge of Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and PGP preferred - 1+ years of experience in an analytical role with exposure to Data Warehousing concepts (ETL) - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data, or related field required, Master's degree preferred - Experience working with external clients to provide appropriate solutions based on their requirements - Knowledge of Report migration, Subscription, Data extract from ERP systems preferred - Experience working with cross-functional teams to define application and system configuration standards As an apexanalytix associate, you will benefit from competitive benefits tailored for the countries served by the company.
