Implementation Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for onboarding clients and guiding them through the implementation process. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Additionally, you will be required to document client interactions, generate progress reports, and provide migration support.
