Lead Full Stack Engineer

You should have an insatiable itch to join and the courage to scale an early-stage technology company. With 4-6 years of experience, you should be adept at designing and building modern-day web platforms using Python on the backend and React on the front end. Whether you are a generalist or a specialist, you must possess a deep understanding of building software components that meet defined requirements, with a good grasp of Python (Flask/FastAPI) or React. Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented analysis and design of software systems is essential. If you are a backend specialist, you should have a solid understanding of event-driven programming, distributed systems, caching/in-memory computing systems, and data modeling for transactional systems. Alternatively, if you specialize in frontend development, you must have a deep understanding of browser and JavaScript fundamentals, along with experience in designing, building, packaging, and deploying applications using the React framework.
