Lead Full Stack Engineer

As a Software Developer in this role, you will collaborate closely with product and design leadership to define and prototype exciting new product ideas and concepts. You will architect and build end-to-end full-stack solutions, encompassing user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust, scalable back-end systems. Leveraging the power of Large Language Models (LLMs), you will develop custom algorithms to drive innovative and intelligent features within our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Rapidly iterating on prototypes - Quickly validating technical feasibility - Ensuring alignment with the product vision - Providing mentorship and technical guidance to other team members - Fostering a culture of high technical standards and knowledge sharing To succeed in this role, you should have: - At least 6 years of proven experience in software development - Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams - Deep expertise in full-stack development - Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) - Hands-on experience in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing advanced algorithms to solve complex problems Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in early-stage product development. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), rapid prototyping tools and methodologies, and experience utilizing specific LLM platforms and libraries (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers) are desired.
