Lead Full Stack Engineer

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• The employee is fully proficient with responsibility and capability working across platforms, responsible for high levels of complexity while influencing product architecture and patterns across the ecosystem
• Proven ability to lead and guide teams, providing technical direction and mentorship
• Fully proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant backend programming languages
• Strong understanding of RESTful Web API developmentDemonstrable experience with technologies such as Microservices, Kafka, Databricks, Azure Data FactorySolid knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB profiling/performance tuning
• Experience with frontend development frameworks (e g , React, Angular) and modern web technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions
